Using Larch wood from the Parc that was due to be felled, this project develops a prototype camping pod to offer a unique woodland-stay experience, in tune with the parks’ ethos of sustainability, enjoyment, relaxation, and inspiration. A fully-functioning prototype accommodating up to four people, will be durable, energy efficient and secure. The innovative pod will also combine bee hotels, bird boxes and a living roof system. A cost analysis of the development process will be created and made available to interested manufacturers.
