The proposal is to create a café, and a varied accommodation offer including group accommodation and glamping options.
The Café will provide seating for 40. It will offer simple food showcasing the very finest and freshest of local Pembrokeshire produce.
It will also be licensed to sell alcohol, in order to offer a wider range of refreshments and locally sourced products.
Breakfast will be offered to overnight guests but will also be available to the public.
The cafe will offer pre-booked dinner events for up to 35 people, aimed at island trips (‘Skomer Suppers’) returning in the early evening from Martin’s Haven. These will take place three times a week, in peak season, and will be timed with Dale Sailing to minimise the impact on the roads.
The main bunkhouse building will provide a 10 bed dorm with two wet room showers and private changing spaces & toilets. Two other spaces will be converted to sleep 4 to 5 people exclusively, and there will be two eco-friendly Glamping pods.
