As part of the delivery of the Tyfu Cymru programme we are pleased to launch an Online Business Review, which is a unique tool to help commercial horticulture businesses assess their business and identify areas where they can potentially benefit from 100% funded commercial horticulture training.
Online assessments are available for Welsh horticulture businesses that are interested in improving productivity and performance through the development and identification of training needs. This online Business Review tool helps horticulture businesses to define their objectives by taking time out of their busy day to analyse the direction of their business for the next five years.
By considering all aspect of their business, including day-to-day operations, marketing, sales strategy and approaches to new markets, businesses are able to gain an understanding of what areas are performing well, and highlight areas where Tyfu Cymru can provide support.
The tool is quick and straightforward, with no technical knowledge required, each business that completes the review receives a bespoke report, highlighting the needs of their business. The diagnostic tool analyses the following key areas:
