Learning & development professional with strong business acumen and over 20 years’ experience. I specialise in managing the complete training cycle (ADDIE - analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation).
I also have considerable experience in delivering a broad range of training programmes and facilitating workshop events with a focus on soft-skills and Emotional Intelligence related subjects. I draw on my experience of senior management positions as well as running my own successful business providing services to clients across private and public sectors.
As well as having worked with a range of SME’s my career has also involved management roles with multinational corporations including 3M (Southern Africa) and more recently Amazon UK which included involvement with Amazon UK leadership development projects.
