With over 29 years of leadership in procurement and supply chain management, I bring extensive expertise across a range of industries, including aerospace, automotive, manufacturing, and distribution. As the Founder and Managing Director of Pro Outsourcing Ltd., I specialise in driving strategic initiatives, building high-performing teams, and delivering operational transformations aligned with client objectives. My consultancy work spans both the public and private sectors, consistently delivering measurable results, such as £4 million in savings for Oxford Immunotec and a €6 million reduction in inventory for Moveero Group.

As Head of Commercial, Procurement & Supply Chain at Winch and Plummet Ltd., a fast-growing mountain bike clothing company, I am responsible for sourcing our complete technical product range, ensuring competitive pricing and adherence to ethical procurement policies. I manage both inbound and outbound supply chain operations for B2C and B2B customers, optimising logistics, reducing costs, and promoting sustainable sourcing practices. Additionally, I actively pursue new B2B opportunities, fostering strong client relationships to drive growth, while implementing strategic plans to improve supplier performance and mitigate risks.

A key focus of my career has been my consultancy work with the Welsh Government’s Accelerated Growth Programme (AGP). Over the past decade, I have supported businesses across Wales in refining procurement processes, streamlining supply chains, and implementing sustainable growth strategies. My tailored approach includes conducting detailed assessments, providing strategic advice, and mentoring entrepreneurs to overcome growth challenges. These efforts have enabled Welsh companies to improve efficiency, enhance competitiveness, and unlock new opportunities for success.
Alongside my consultancy work, I have a strong background in education and mentoring. As a tutor at Bangor University’s Management Centre, I supported students in achieving a 97% pass rate for MCIPS qualifications, focusing on high standards and the practical application of procurement strategies. This included developing training programmes aligned with the CIPS Global Standard and industry needs.
