William Winter

William Winter is the Managing Director and co-founder of Navitas, an electrical manufacturing company that grew from a blank sheet of paper into a multi-million pound brand within its first year. With over ten years of experience in the electrical industry, alongside a background in aerospace, wholesale, and entrepreneurship, William brings a unique mix of commercial intelligence, creative vision, and relentless energy.
He holds both a BA and BSc in Business Management from the University of Gloucestershire. His early career included time at Ultra Electronics and Edmundson Electrical, where he gained a strong foundation in leadership and business development. He has won multiple awards including Pareto’s Grad to Great, the Gloucestershire Start-Up Award, New Supplier of the Year, and the Peter Stradling Community Award.
William is hands-on, but consistently carves out time to set direction and align his teams with the wider vision. His core strengths include strategic planning, problem solving, branding, leadership, and sales. He is known for leading by example and approaching every decision with a focus on the customer, without compromising the commercial integrity of the business.
