I have worked in the fitness sector for over 25 years working my way up from an instructor to a General Manager with some of the biggest chains in the UK. I have run my own business for the past 15 years after setting it up from scratch. I have put a lot of time into developing excellent customer care skills and incorporating these into the business. This helps with sales and also with customer retention. I also believe myself to be creative and innovative and have been at the forefront of a number of new developtments.

I have learnt a lot from running my own business and I believe that I can share some of this with new business start ups. Having a good mentor is a must for any business owner.
