Bestselling Author, Speaker, Business Strategist, Bernie Davies, has trained hundreds of Businesses from the Private and Public Sector, as far back as 2009. She has trained in-house for Cardiff Council Economic Development Team, Johnson &  Johnson, Welsh Language Board, Chwarae Teg Agile Nation Project, 4Ward Development to name a few. Bernie has singlehandedly delivered countless monthly, sell-out Training seminars to multiple hundreds of Businesses in South Wales. She regularly sits on Awards Judging panels as a Business Specialist. Bernie has been and continues to be a regular BBC Radio Wales Contributor and media personality.

She has served as a Dynamo Role Model for the Welsh Government, was among the founding council members of the South Wales Chamber of Commerce, Chair of the Neath Chamber of Trade and sat on the Neath Town centre Consortium. She has received numerous accolades including, Top 100 Business Woman in Wales 2017 (IAM WOMAN Awards), Best Caribbean Restaurant in Wales 2019, Swansea Black Icon 2019 and Excellence in Business Award 2017, which was awarded at the Senedd for Black History Month.
