I'm Catrin, a business consultant with a varied background and expertise in operations, leadership, and customer experience. My colleagues say I have a big-picture view, a commitment to excellence, supporting others, and coaching. I'm equally comfortable leading teams or managing organisational changes.
                 
Currently, I serve as CEO and principal consultant at Elevate, where I bring my entrepreneurial spirit, interpersonal communication skills, and innovation management prowess to bear. Before this, I played a pivotal role at PerchPeek, leading the global expansion of our relocation services and continuously developing our service offerings. I've always believed that a blend of customer insight and people management skills can drive phenomenal results.
                 
Previously, I led customer success at Farewill, and supported the operation through series B funding. At The Diet Revolution, a start-up in the functional food industry, I was instrumental in building the team from scratch and seeing our subscription food service from conception to delivery. Co-founding Archer & Brooks Ltd, an innovative start-up, I applied my skills in business planning, funding, branding, and market research, while managing a multidisciplinary team.
                 
I'm a firm believer in continuous learning. My professional qualifications span a wide range, from company learning and development programmes, to agile requirements and lean technology strategies. I'm particularly proud of my certifications in motivating teams to learn, which has been pivotal in my leadership roles. In essence, I'm a blend of industry know-how and remarkable interpersonal skills. As a mentor I am inspiring, supportive, and help individuals unlock their own resilience and skills.
