My expertise is in getting to the root cause of workflow problems, and then evaluating potential solution sets seeking the combination of ideas that best balances cost against customer service.

My economics degree enables me to look at profitability of simple sales to complex investments; my six sigma black belt project leadership qualification provides the methodology for problem solving; while my 30 years chemical global supply chain experience enables me to efficiently communicate and utilise these skills in the business environment, as well as providing in-depth expertise in inventory management, supply/demand balancing and supply chains. This business focus is balanced by my interest in customer experience and 14 years as a pension trustee director that encourages me to view issues from the customer’s perspective.

Although my experience is mostly with multinationals selling business to business, I am also working with charities, and am keen to help sustainability driven companies.
