Gill Knowles

Gill has worked at a senior level in various industries including steel, food, engineering and insulation. This has included implementing cultural change, introducing productivity improvements, reducing waste and setting up new factories.  She has applied her knowledge of lean techniques in many organisations, including a housing association, which confirmed her belief that using these techniques to focus efforts on what really matters to the customer can enhance performance in any sector.  She has qualifications in engineering, business management, health & safety and modern manufacturing principles.  Amongst her key strengths is the ability to think laterally as well as logically, which allows her to analyse data and to identify opportunities to apply the understanding.  Gill never shies away from challenging the norm and as a business mentor she will help you ask the right questions of yourself and your business to ensure progress.
