I am a trained journalist with a career at local and national newspaper level. I moved into public relations and was a senior PR manager in local government where I led a number of award winning teams. I am experienced in media relations; internal and external communications, campaign management, brand, reputation and crisis management; presentation skills training and media training.

I am a Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
