Marianne holds the prestigious Department of Employment training award for ‘Customer Care as a Profit Source Solution’.  As principal consultant for an established, dynamic, bespoke marketing consultancy Marianne understands the importance of the role of trainer and mentor in business. Marianne has been in the training and coaching sector for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience in empowering people.

Marianne is a serial entrepreneur, and her motivation comes from a desire to make a difference.
