Mark Stevens

Mark is a time served mechanical engineer qualified to ONC and HNC in mechanical engineering and graduated with an honours degree in mechanical engineering from Cardiff University. Mark is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.

With a career in manufacturing, Mark is an Operations Director with extensive P&L experience and successes in managing business growth through proactive and effective leadership in a variety of Blue Chip companies in the UK and overseas. Mark is able to work with and develop teams in order to elevate businesses to higher levels of operational excellence through cost control, training, empowerment and continual improvement.

Mark is well versed in manufacturing activities including the deployment of lean manufacturing tools and associated techniques.

Familiar with developing world-class operations to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007, project management, lean transformation, and culture change. Mark is adept at optimizing site assets to improve performance metrics with respect to CAPEX, quality, cost, and on-time delivery while acquiescing with the highest standards of health and safety.
