In addition to increasing wedding bookings and driving profitability for Welsh wedding venues, I specialise in sustainable and ethical wedding services and best practice through my two business ventures: Wild Roots Kitchen & Bar and Green Manatee. 
More broadly, I am passionate about supporting wedding venues and couples as they take steps towards more sustainable wedding practices, as well as guiding venues to better serve LGBTQ+ couples.
