Who can apply?
• Companies selling a product, service or concept which contributes to Wales’s transition to net zero.
• Companies in the energy supply chain that are supporting efforts to work towards energy or emissions efficiency, health and safety, social and environmental improvements, or energy market reform.
• Companies supporting the decommissioning of existing fossil fuel energy assets.
• Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS), or Carbon Capture Usage and Storage (CCUS) projects
• Companies must demonstrate their contribution to Wales’s net zero transition in any marketing or promotional messaging.
The Cost
The Welsh Government is supporting* companies to take part in this export market visit. For this event, you can attend either as a co-exhibitor or as a visitor:
Exhibitor - The cost to exhibit is either is £5,400* for large stand or £4,200* for pod.

• In market airport transfers (if you travel with the group)
• 6 nights’ accommodation including breakfast (Sunday – Friday)
• Exhibition stand and exhibition registration
• Exhibition pass
• Online/catalogue entry
• Attendance at in-market events
• Inclusion in any marketing material
This offer is available for two representatives per company.
Visitor - The cost is £1,500*. This includes:
• Return flights and in market airport transfers
• 6 nights’ accommodation including breakfast (Sunday – Friday)
• Visitor entry pass
• Access to Wales stand
• Attendance at in-market events
• Inclusion in any marketing material
This offer is available for one representative per company.

3-6 November – ADIPEC/ Opportunity for companies to have their own meetings / pre-arranged meetings Programme.
7 November – Return to Wales
Arrangement of Meetings Service
If you would like to maximise your time at the event, we can offer support for a programme of 3-4 meetings to be arranged for you by one of our business consultants. This service is available from £500.
Please note, if you would like this support, then you must submit your application 10 weeks before the export market visit or exhibition departs.
If your application is submitted after 22 August 2025 then we cannot guarantee that there is there is sufficient time to effectively provide this additional support.
