The Cost
The Welsh Government is supporting* companies to take part in MRO Europe. For this event, you can attend either as an exhibitor or as a visitor:
Exhibitor
The cost is £2,600. This includes:
• Space on the Wales stand
• Return flights
• 2 night’s accommodation with breakfast
• Attendance at in-market events, including business networking events
• Inclusion in any marketing material
The offer is available to two representatives per company.
Visitor
The cost is £700. This includes:
• Return flights
• 2 night’s accommodation with breakfast
• Entrance to the trade show
• Inclusion in any marketing material
• Access to meeting space on the Wales stand
• Attendance at in-market events, including business networking events
This offer is available to one representative per company.

Arrangement of Meetings Service
If you would like maximise your time at the event, we can offer support for a programme of 3-4 meetings to be arranged for you by one of our business consultants. This service is available from £500.
Please note, if you would like this support, then you must submit your application 10 weeks before the export market visit or exhibition departs.
If your application is submitted after 22 July 2024 then we cannot guarantee that there is there is sufficient time to effectively provide this additional support.
