One of the key outputs from Phase 1 of the Cohes3ion project has been completed with the publication of its Policy Learning Document. The aim of the STM exercise was for project partners from across Europe to carry out a regional diagnosis of their Smart Specialisation Strategies, the findings will be used for the development and Implementation of Regional Action Plans in the next phase of the project.
