Damian Joseph Bridgeman

Damian is a man with vastly varied talents and experience. Damian has worked in all sectors of public and private business, government, education, media and the NHS. Damian has a BA Hons in Community Studies focusing on Health and Social Care, an MSc in Paediatrics and Child Health and a post 16 years old education post-graduate certificate PGCE and ILM Level 7 in Coaching and mentoring and is a certified practitioner with the European Coaching and Mentoring Council.

Damian has always had a passion for psychology, counselling, coaching and mentoring and has worked in both coaching and mentoring. Damian was a driving force in Social Care with particular reference to his part in the creation and implementation of the “Social Services and Wellbeing act 2014” and its companion act “Regulation and Inspection act 2016”, which were the most sweeping reforms ever seen by Social Services.

He has also taken part in the Academi Wales Summer School as a graduate, a facilitator of classes and as a Coach for attendees. Damian likes to work with ambitious organisations to develop the leaders of the future and unlock their full potential using coaching as the tool to achieve this. Damian’s coaching style is grounded in constantly updated theory and research and every client that Damian coaches has a tailored coaching program to help them to reach their goals and objectives.

Damian enables his clients to step out of entrenched negative thought patterns and to step into their greatness and to allow them to take negative beliefs and transform them into positive beliefs, therefore helping his clients become the best leader that they can be. He has also worked with all four Royal Medical Colleges and helped them to construct the higher scientific career pathways for the National School of Healthcare Science, which has brought him positive plaudits from many areas and made him a thought leader on Health and Social Care issues.
