I have recently moved out of post as manager for the Staffordshire Chamber of Commerce’s mentoring programme having enjoyed the last 5 years in that role.
I am now back in the role of owner manager of JFT Associates, helping businesses look at improving their profitability using process efficiencies and management and operational reviews.
I hold Sfedi accreditation on mentoring and relish the challenges that mentoring brings; my background lies in strategic development with businesses, using marketing as the initial diagnostic tool following up with more in depth investigation to help them achieve their commercial objectives.
I have worked with over 200 individual businesses within Staffordshire over the last 5 years across a variety of commercial disciplines, acting in most as in GP role, but as a specialist in others.
