I have spent the last 27 years developing my technical expertise and personal skills. Clients already engage with me on audit / accounts and taxation projects, as well as business development plans and mentoring.

In the last few years I have become more involved in assisting clients with their marketing and business development generally. I have always played an active role in my own business development and marketing.

One aspect that has been particularly satisfying is training young people to become fully qualified accounting technicians and fully qualified accountants. I have helped prepare businesses for sale (from £400,000 to £5 million), as well as helped clients manage their way through difficult times.

I really do enjoy identifying the goals of the owners of a business. Then establishing what maybe holding them back and devising a plan to move forward using my technical background to make sure the plans are effective and tax efficient. I have a lot of experience of preparing full business plans and cash flow projections.
