Sally Strong

Following nearly a decade as a senior training consultant and company director in both public and private sectors. I had a real desire to become self employed and continue helping other people grow and develop in their careers. I made the leap and set up my own business in March 2011. Over the last 8 years it’s been such a joy working with people and seeing their confidence build, their self awareness increase, skill and knowledge levels develop as well as real attitude changes.

I love what I do and offer coaching, mentoring, mediation, team away days and workshop delivery to individuals and teams. I’m passionate about personal development, pride myself in being a professional role mode and have the skills to motivate and inspire others to make personal change!

Leadership and management, Equality & Diversity, Interpersonal Skills, Self Awareness and Personal Growth are just some of the areas I specialise in. I am accredited in MBTI Step 1 and 2. Everything Disc, The 5 Behaviours of Cohesive Teams and Belbin and use these with my clients to assist their development.

My style is warm, empathic, diplomatic, honest while quietly confident and challenging. I believe that all of my work experience, the feedback I have received from others and my personal qualities can be of benefit to others.  Finally, I have one priority - YOU. I will listen to your needs and will work hard to help you grow and develop.

Believe in yourself, remember that everyone you meet in life is a teacher, feedback doesn’t have to equal pain (in fact quite the opposite) and always pay attention to that voice in your head!
