Stacey Adamiec

Swansea valley born serial Entrepreneur Stacey's business interests span mainly across the Creative and leisure sector, particularly in growing community ventures for social purpose around regeneration, business incubators and creative coworking hubs. With a background in the Creative and Entertainment sector, she initially developed Revue Studios as a dynamic purpose led space for Creatives to start and grow their businesses in Swansea reaching opportunities without having to move to London as she did. This led to the development of a cluster of supporting businesses to serve and add value to this community including 'She Started It' A Female Activity led Hub and Network, 'Revue Creative' Coworking Space, Revue Dance Studios and a Dancewear retailer. During the past 10 years of running businesses, becoming an 'accidental' mentor to several Creative start ups after sharing her stories around Vision and Graft on starting up, she began developing strategies to help them commercialising their Creative ideas and products, going on to undertake a Post Grad Cert in Mentoring in Entrepreneurial Practice at the University of South Wales, which also included studying the gender context of female Entrepreneurs, taking her experience to Athens in 2017 to support the development of female Enterprise in Athens with French and Greek female Founders. Actively engaged in the Start up community with a passion for troubleshooting barriers to business growth, particularly (but not confined) to the Creative sector, she now runs her own Troubleshooting and Property Consultancy for creatives called 10C. A fluent Welsh speaker Stacey's time is shared between mentoring, speaking, and facilitating around Enterprise and Business Strategy with a firm belief in collaboration and connecting like minded Entrepreneurs.
