The Cost
Food and Drink Wales have stands in the International and Dairy Halls. The cost to exhibit has been subsidised by Welsh Government – see package options below, based on a 4sqm stand:
Package A – Full Stand Exhibitor: Cost – £4,999.00 (plus VAT) includes:
- Return flights and 6 night’s accommodation with breakfast for 2 people
- Dedicated exhibition space on the Welsh Pavilion
- Basic graphic panels and stand furniture
- Entry in show brochure and inclusion in marketing literature
- Exhibitor show passes
- Onsite support from Welsh Government and appointed contractors
- Please note: exhibitors are responsible for their own freight forwarding
Package B – Export Visit: Cost £1,150.00 (plus VAT) includes:
- Return flights and accommodation with breakfast for 1 person
- Entry in show brochure and inclusion in marketing literature
- Exhibitor show pass
