Welsh Government would like to invite your company to participate in its first hybrid export market visit to Düsseldorf, Germany.
This hybrid visit will start on 26 November 2021 and will consist of 6-8 weeks of virtual support to help your company prepare for a market visit on 7-11 February 2022.

The Welsh Government is supporting* companies to take part in this hybrid export market visit.
The cost is £600. This includes:
- Virtual market briefing and webinars to help you prepare for your visit to Germany
- One-to-one support from in-market representation prior to the visit
- Arranging virtual meetings with up to 3-4 business contacts and decision makers in this market including virtual introductions prior to the visit
- Return flight
- In-market transfers
- 5 night’s accommodation with breakfast
- Attendance at in-market events
- Inclusion in any marketing material

Your Commitment
This hybrid export market visit will take place over 10-12 weeks which will conclude with a market visit to Düsseldorf on 7-11 February 2022.
Prior to the market visit, webinars and video calls can take place from 10-4pm. Please note that this will not be every day and you will be given notice of when the meetings will take place. Times and your availability will be confirmed at your one to one meeting. A programme schedule for the market visit will be provided in advance.
