The Cost
The Welsh Government is supporting* companies to take part in this export market visit. For this event, you can attend either as an exhibitor or as a visitor:
Exhibitor
The cost to exhibit this year has been waived by Welsh Government so your pod, graphics, cupboard and power are all paid for. A subsidised travel package is available for £500pp. This includes:
- 50% subsidy towards return travel
- 3 nights’ accommodation (including breakfast)
- Exhibitor passes exhibitor registration
- Inclusion in any marketing material
This offer is available for two representatives per company.
You may prefer to visit the show for a shorter period of time, and ‘walk the halls’ for 2022, this is also available to you:
Visitor
The cost is also £500pp. This includes:
- 50% subsidy towards return travel
- 1 nights’ accommodation (including breakfast)
- JEC World visitor pass
- Inclusion in any marketing material
This offer is available for one representative per company.
If you're attending for a shorter period and would like to maximise your time at the event, we can offer support for a programme of 5-6 meetings to be arranged for you by one of our business consultants included in the price.
