Exhibitor Package – £3,000 (your contribution for two representatives per company)

• In market transfers (if travel both way with the core group)
• 4 nights’ accommodation including breakfast (Tuesday – Thursday)
• Co-exhibitor stand on the Wales Pavilion
• 3 day exhibtior pass
• Online/catalogue entry
• Attendance at in-market events
• Inclusion in Welsh Government promotional brochure marketing
• Inclusion in any other marketing material
Visitor Package – £900 (your contribution for one representatives per company)
Includes:
• Return flights
• In market transfers (if travelling both ways with the Group)
• 4 nights’ accommodation including breakfast (Tuesday – Thursday)
• Visitor entry pass
• Attendance at in-market events
• Inclusion in Welsh Government promotional brochure marketing
• Inclusion in any marketing material

Maximise your time at the event with a tailored programme of 3-4 meetings to be arranged for you by one of our business consultants. This service is available from £500.
To access this service, applications must be submitted at least 10 weeks before departure.
If your application is submitted after 3 February 2026, we cannot guarantee that there is sufficient time to effectively provide this additional support.
