Tracy is also a highly sought after coach and trainer specialising in building and growing healthy and thriving businesses. With over 20 years’ experience she has mentored and trained business startups and professionals.

Vicki has over 18 years’ experience in marketing and communication working in both London and Wales. Starting her career at Channel 4 as Dermot O’Leary’s first press officer, Vicki went onto launch the first digital channels in the UK at Granada and then at the the BBC launched the new CBBC and Cbeebies channels.

I founded WS Marketing in 2005 after completing my BA & MSc in Marketing.

Previous to moving back to Wales in 2010, William was Head of IT for Europe and the Middle East, operating out of London for AIG Investments, a financial investment company. William’s remit was to manage and operate the technology infrastructure, and it’s workforce for the London, Madrid, Milan, Frankfurt, Berlin, Faro, Palma, Moscow, Dubai, Amsterdam, Vilnius, Bratislava, Strasbourg, Berlin, and Dublin locations.

16 years of self employment.  Have started several companies, built workforces with management structures.  Developed company structures with holding and trading companies.  Was presented with Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2017.  Experience in winning local authority contracts, national company contracts, housing associations and brokerage firms.  Initiated and implemented digital live feed and tracked diaries across our fleet with electronic invoicing, job cards etc run through Android devices and centrally controlled mapped jobs.

I have been involved in small and medium start ups for many years. As a mentor for a number of organisations within Wales for the last 17 years I have been in Local Government. One of my key interests was the support for our economy and employment for our young people. I have been involved with 27 start ups, all I am very pleased to say are still growing, at a steady growth. I have numerous network contacts, which provides me with a valuable resource to call on for expertise in a range of areas of business.

I have extensive experience of winning new business and developing capabilities in existing and new markets (including export) for technology and engineering companies and consultancies. I feel passionate about helping businesses to grow and achieve their strategic aims.

I am also an experienced Safety Professional, with over 15 years of safety critical industry experience and a passion for helping businesses and projects to ensure that safety is efficiently led and delivered.

I am a wedding industry entrepreneur with proven experience as a Welsh wedding venue business manager and consultant. In addition to increasing wedding bookings and driving profitability for Welsh wedding venues, I specialise in sustainable and ethical wedding services and best practice through my two business ventures: Wild Roots Kitchen & Bar and Green Manatee. 
More broadly, I am passionate about supporting wedding venues and couples as they take steps towards more sustainable wedding practices, as well as guiding venues to better serve LGBTQ+ couples.
