I have been helping business with IT for over 30 years. Predominately SME’s, but I have helped everyone from one-man-bands all the way up to Plc.’s, FSTE 100 Listed and International Corporations.

Over those years I have worked across a broad selection of market sectors including B2B, Manufacturing, Retail, Wholesale, Charities, Construction, Engineering, Leisure, automotive, Professional Services & Farming just to name a few.

The founder of Access Lean Ltd. I specialise in business transformation. Believing that honesty and integrity lie at the heart of all good business practice, I respond to the individual needs of clients; working as a business consultant and coach for companies and training organisations, supporting them in their drive towards efficiency and excellence.

I have operated with businesses looking for fast growth returns, turnover and profit and who are looking to move-up to the next stage of their business expansion programmes. They require professional assistance to gain business solutions, remove roadblocks and to move forward and succeed with achieving those goals. I provide them with assistance and help to identify future vision, growth potential and direction for achieving their business objectives and goals.

Following on from my interest in Art at School, I took a Foundation Course in Art and Design and followed that with a 4 year BA (Hons) in Knitwear Design at Nottingham Trent University.  My career began in the Midlands in the knitwear industry, initially designing ladies knitwear for Jaeger.  I moved onto another knitwear company after three years.  I finally left my job in the Midlands, working for a yarn agent who sold fancy Italian yarns and French cotton and moved to Wales in 1990.

I have over 25 years’ experience of the development and deployment of marketing strategy for a wide range of market sectors - from automotive to construction, from energy to packaging, from local markets to global markets. This expertise was developed at a senior level within Tata Steel and its predecessor companies. My various roles covered business development, customer technical service, product development and marketing. I was their Director for Marketing for 6 years prior to my retirement in 2016.

Tim's background before becoming involved in business and personal performance, was in management and customer care for part of a large international airline. He entered the world of consultancy, coaching and training through his experience of leading teams and projects in a fast moving and pressurised environment. Now, with over 27 years experience both in the UK and globally, he coached, consults, and advises key players in a wide range of organisations and with a particular interest in start-up and smaller developing businesses.

HR Director with over 20 years in senior European Business Partner roles, both permanent and interim. Specialist in Employee Relations and Engagement, European Works Councils and delivering large Business Change programmes.

Having graduated with a Business Degree (Marketing) in 1985 I entered the Retail sector in Ireland (Tesco) in 1986 where I held several senior positions up to an including Sales & Development Director in 2002 before taking up a senior sales position with the Almarai Food Group in Saudi Arabia.

In 2011 I took up the position of Head of Business Transformation as well as Head of Group Supply Chain responsible for the complete integration of the company’s Supply Chain activities covering Dairy, Juice, Bakery and Poultry.

TONI MCLELLAND MSc FRSA is a Critical Friend and Business Mentor working with C Suite Leaders and Board Members in Third Sector, Charitable and social causes. She troubleshoots and problem solves as a business turnaround specialist, producing positive results.

I worked for AB Connectors in Abercynon for 30 years starting as an apprentice and getting to the position of Director and General Manager. In the position of GM, I was responsible for a turnover of £20M and 240 employees.

For the last 13 years, I have been running the European business for a large American company. I was responsible for facilities and people in Central Europe, India, China and the UK.
