"I learned my trade of plastering in my early teens, and know what qualities are needed to start up & maintain a business in the trade.

But when my nephew was killed in an unprovoked attack in 2012, it set me off on another career path. 

I started my motivational speaking journey and helping others turn their adversity into victory. Covering Lifestyle choices, mindset, resilience, and how you can overcome any test or challenge in your life. 

This led to me going into schools, colleges, universities, young offender institutes, prisons, Gypsy traveller community sites, pro sports teams & corporate 

I was very proud to be asked to conduct a TEDx talk in 2016 in Holyhead 

The message of my talks took on extra significance in 2020 when the youngest of my two older sisters took her own life during lockdown. This led to me being an advocate for suicide prevention. Talking about self esteem, value, worth and purpose"
