After graduating from the University of Exeter, I knew I wanted to go into HR, and I took my first step when I achieved my postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management from Glamorgan University.

Since then, I have worked in the industry for over seventeen years, getting experience in lots of different sectors and working as a consultant, a group HR manager, and more.

Having an inside-out knowledge of my field has helped me have lots of success, and I have been running my own successful HR consultancy, Pragmatic HR Ltd, for the past four years.
