We are a 3rd generation family business producing Traditional Bara Brith Cake, Bara Brith Loaf, Welsh Cakes, Shortbread and Mince Pies for the Major Multiple Retailers, Speciality Food Suppliers, Foodservice, Private Label.
My journey into the business began in 1992 when I married the grandson of the Williams family. I contributed to the sales and merchandising of the business and was keen to develop my skills in to Management and Leadership, which I completed in 2013 through Lead Wales at the Bangor University.
My skills inspired me to diversify away from a traditional Bakery producing mostly Bread, in a competitive and declining market.
Being passionate about Welsh food and having maintained our ancestor’s traditional authenticity and exceptional quality has seen us awarded several Awards, empowering me to work with a leading Welsh Food company which has been a hugely rewarding experience.
