Alice Lampard, Alice Lampard Mediator and Coach/Rural Advisor Ltd

Alice is experienced in both facilitation and mediation with a background firmly rooted in the Welsh Livestock sector. Based in Carmarthenshire, she travels across the country to facilitate family succession meetings. Alice's experience includes attending and hosting International conferences on 'Mediation in Agriculture' and 'Positive Psychology in the Welsh Livestock Sector'. She has also delivered facilitation for Farming Connect and The Princes Countryside Fund enabling farming families to explore change.  Her broad experience of mediating disputes includes those arising from none or poor succession planning.  

Alice holds an Advanced Accreditation in Psychology of Coaching, is a Supervisor and Accredited Mediator.
