Richard Evans, Welsh Government

Richard Evans works in the Agriculture, Sustainability and Development Division within Welsh Government with responsibility for developing and managing agricultural support schemes. The current offer supports farmers as they respond to market changes, build resilience into their businesses and adapt to climate change and decarbonisation commitments. The support also prepares farmers for entry into the Sustainable Farming Scheme from 2025.
