Rachel is Head of the Property and Planning department at Agri Advisor and has extensive experience of dealing with a very broad range of property matters, including sales and purchases of farms/farmland; complex first Registrations of Title; leases of  business premises generally; Agricultural Tenancies; Option Agreements and the development of land for commercial and/or residential purposes. 

She became a Fellow of the Agricultural Law Association in 2016, which has resulted in her  furthering her specialised knowledge of Agricultural law generally and in particular those  aspects relevant to agricultural tenancies, rights of way, options, renewable energy,  purchases and mortgages.  

She has experience of dealing with the division of assets between partnerships (in particular  family farming partnerships) considering tax implications and liaising with other specialist  advisers where required.
