Mae cynhyrchwyr bwyd a diod o Gymru yn paratoi ar gyfer un o ddigwyddiadau masnach pwysicaf y Deyrnas Unedig, y Northern Restaurant & Bar Show (Mawrth 11 a 12, 2025).
Northern Restaurant & Bar 2025 (NRB25) yw prif ddigwyddiad masnach lletygarwch gogledd Lloegr, ac mae criw o fusnesau bwyd a diod bychain o Gymru yn gobeithio dal sylw cynulleidfa’r diwydiant lletygarwch gyda cynhyrchion amrywiol o gig eidion Cymreig wedi’i halltu i fodca â blasau amrywiol – a llawer mwy wrthgwrs!
Bydd NRB25, a gynhelir yng Nghanolfan Confensiwn Ganolog Manceinion, yn dod â dros 8,500 o ymwelwyr a mwy na 300 o arddangoswyr ynghyd ar gyfer dau ddiwrnod o fusnes a rhwydweithio.
Bydd 16 o gynhyrchwyr o Gymru yn arddangos yn y digwyddiad gyda chefnogaeth Cywain, y Clwstwr Bwyd Da a’r Rhaglen Gwasanaeth Bwyd, a ariennir gan Lywodraeth Cymru*. Rhaglenni sy’n gweithio gyda chynhyrchwyr bwyd a diod o Gymru, gan roi cymorth iddynt i dyfu a datblygu eu busnesau.

Rural Foodies Ltd | Rural Foodies operates from a chocolate factory in Llanidloes - Mid-Wales. We select chocolate that is sustainably grown and fully traceable, and directly support smallholders in Ecuador and village projects in Ghana.
We increasingly use ingredients that are processed at source. This includes: Colombia, Madagascar and Ecuador - adding wealth and prosperity to growers and poorer economies. We’re an artisan brand so you won’t find us in supermarkets.
