I have over 15 years in the charity sector with responsibility for developing the staff and volunteers across Wales, through staff co-ordinators and a team of volunteer tutors. I am experienced in coaching people for success and supporting people with their learning needs. As a First Aid for Mental Health trainer, I am experienced in providing emotional support during peoples times of crisis.

I have been involved with the financial industry since 1991, when I was employed with Pearl Assurance. I have gained to date my FPC 1,2+3 (Financial Planning Certificate), CEMap (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice), CERER (Certificate in Regulated Equity Release).

I’ve been involved in many businesses in several sectors, as well as having worked in Councils, and in corporate environments.  I think this gives me a good overview of the many working practices and cultures that exist.  I’m a keen educator, and love speaking and training, which is what has drawn me to mentoring and the chance to offer support to others.

David was one of the many faces of Vodafone for nearly 2 decades working in many differing roles including retail management, store training and improving the product range and service offered to special user groups, such as the partially sighted. He has worked from Bangor to London over the course of his career and at the age of 40 and with his family experiencing illness and changes to their own lives, he enrolled on his BA course in Management and Business.

Senior Manager with a track record of achievements at strategic and operational levels, highly qualified with extensive experience of operations, quality, environmental, planning, project management, purchasing and people management. A team player and excellent communicator who leads by example and has demonstrated his capabilities as a strong strategic change agent at all levels of an organisation and across different market sectors.

Born and educated in the UK with a BSc from Cardiff University and an MSc from Durham University before starting my career in South Africa. After 4 years I returned to work in Bristol within the insurance sector for 10 years, before moving to Kenya as a Management Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers focusing on the private sector. 

Deborah Nethercoat spent 20 years working within corporate businesses across the UK and in the USA. She worked her way up from a role as a sales executive for a small office supplies company to becoming global Sales Consolidation Director at board level for a $12bn worldwide business, managing 2 operating companies with responsibility for over 150 sales people. Her main focus was business development and growth from both an operational and sales perspective.

After graduating Edward Ball spent 10 years working internationally both in the UK and Europe with Companies like Shell and Mobil. Following this he went on to work for several SME’s for a period of about 5 years before starting his own businesses employing between 5 and 50 people.
