2019, New Year – New Opportunities. I’ve recently joined forces with O’Brien Construction SW Ltd. and I’m delighted to be the Design Director for Jools O’Brien a Property and Design business.

I have thirty-two years of experience in the Facilities Management Business, and I was the Owner and Managing Director of APP UK. In addition to my role as MD at APP UK, I’ve developed a portfolio of properties and involved in acquisition, refurbishment and lettings.

I’ve also developed a Business Consultancy (Boxt) that focuses on Personal Branding, helping SME’s (micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises) Start-Up’s and individuals to grow both personally and professionally, by first assessing personal goals and achievements and then building these into the business strategy. Getting to know the person or people behind the business and their story will assist with both personal and professional development, knowing who you are, what your passion is will enable your customers to feed on your energy and promote personal and business growth. My extensive knowledge of business and acquired skills in Counselling, Creative Therapy and Interior Design and Colour Therapy assists with this.
