I’ve been helping organisations to solve business challenges for almost 25 years. 

My first year in business was eye-opening. To be sat there with no clients and no organisation behind you was daunting, but I realised that it’s as crazy as you choose to make it. Once you realise that everyone takes risks unknowingly every single day you just dive in and get on with it. That shift in thinking got me out there, meeting people and confidently telling them what we can do. It got us winning work and then delivering results.  Since then we’ve gone from strength to strength.

I have always been curious and willing to go against the flow, something which has shaped my outlook in business. We use all sorts of methods to get results. The only thing I would have done differently in my life is to have started a business much earlier, which is why I believe that it’s so important to get the message out to young people sooner.
