I am involved as a shareholder in several companies, a combination of new and turnaround, the largest (from an employment and valuation perspective) being Eysys.
Eysys is a fast-growing technology company that uses a combination of eCommerce expertise and our own innovative machine learning based software Holistic, to maximise purchase likelihood on eCommerce websites.

I have worked for over twenty years in travel IT and was widely known in the Leisure Industry. In 1998 I jointly formed LNS with Simon Powell which quickly became the dominant supplier of Travel retail solutions to the UK market. In 2008 I moved with Comtec to the USA and established Comtec in the Americas.
After many years of successful experience in IT and business operations, I subsequently left Comtec and started a new business.
I have always had an appetite to succeed. I have worked in both the UK and overseas and experienced various cultural approaches. One of the key things that I have learnt is that relationships internally and externally play a fundamental role and need to be constantly developed and managed.
I love working with people to support business growth and success and to influence key team decisions. One of the crucial things that I learnt is that you have to be agile to manage new business opportunities whilst keeping core focus.
In business, things always take longer than initially planned. Keep on top of things, and most importantly, keep a tight control on your finances.
