In addition to increasing wedding bookings and driving profitability for Welsh wedding venues, I specialise in sustainable and ethical wedding services and best practice & in addition to my wedding venue business consultancy, I have created two related businesses: Wild Roots Kitchen & Bar and Green Manatee.
