Our mission is to provide enterprise level IT support to local companies with a level of service and eye for detail. We help clients with anything from simple IT support to big IT Projects and installations including office move and disaster recovery.

Established in 2004 we now have a team of 12 and from our offices in Mid Wales we are supporting clients across UK.

After identifying a gap in the market for professional IT solution and support to businesses in Mid-Wales myself and my husband, Mike, decided to re-locate back to Wales and set up 5c Service as a Limited Company. 5c Service Ltd provides a complete IT solution to businesses from simple IT support to complex IT projects and installations

I was always determent to do better and not allow for anything to hold me back so starting a business was a natural choice.  I really wanted to make a difference and to achieve things that I am proud off so this was my way of doing this.  My family has always been my inspiration as they thought me that no matter what you can always hope and make things better.  This is very true to me as I grew up in the war zone and we lost everything but we rebuild our lives and moved on.   

In business you always encounter problems and obstacles and each business stage brings on a new challenge.  You just need to focus on the end goal and take on the challenge to help you get there.   

I love having my own business as it is really rewarding to see it constantly growing and changing. I love the challenges it brings and there is always something to learn. I have been very lucky to be able to go into business with my partner as it does make it easier as well as have a fantastic team that we can rely on.

Determination is the key but you can do anything if you put your mind to it, just don't be afraid to try and push yourself.
