I’ve taught music since the age of 15 so having my own music business was a natural progression which came about as a collaborative idea from my business partner and myself.

I like making decisions on how to run the business and the freedom to be innovative and creative as well as leading a team. My first year in business was exhilarating but hard work and had a lot to learn!

In 5 or 10 years time I’d like to have offices in London and New York with a larger team and potential for growth.
