Been doing Martial Arts for 16 years and hold a 4th Degree Black Belt. Trained with former UFC World Champion Royce Gracie a number of times as a Teenager.  Left College in 2013 at age of 18 and opened my first Martial Arts Academy in Llandudno, teaching Karate, Kickboxing and Krav Maga.

Trained with UFC Welterweight fighter Stephen ""Wonderboy"" Thompson in Florida Summer 2016.

Nominated for North Wales Young Fitness Business of the Year Award in 2016, went on to claim the award as well as the Overall Business of the Year Award in 2016.  

2017 became a role model for Big Ideas Wales. 

2018 became one of the first and Original members of Conwy Social Services ""Armour Program"", a program designed to help children and young adults that are at risk or CSE (Child Sexual Exploitation). Volunteering to teach breakaway techniques to groups of young people who are vulnerable to be exploited. 

Winter 2018, Renamed the Academy to Sion Thomas Martial Arts after parting ways with franchise academy.  

2019 opened second Martial Arts Academy in Bangor teaching Krav Maga.
