At school I found I had a skill in computer programming, and studied computing at university. I came out with a good degree and was sponsored by Hewlett Packard where I developed my skills.  After working for a number of other companies I moved back to Swansea and set up Clockwork Bear.

It’s a software and web design agency which provides a bespoke service to clients. I have also launched a second company called Hoowla which is an online conveyancing platform.  The first year in business was really hard and if I had my time again I wouldn’t take on every project, and I would have built my team of professionals earlier, rather than doing everything myself.
