Across my career I have worked with some amazing people and businesses, including 20 years working in leadership roles for blue chip companies. The last 12 years was spent at Camelot Lotteries, where I lead the learning and development program for the sales team. Here I built on my leadership experience and discovered strengths based and positive psychology which not only ignited passion but also enable me to really realise what I love to do and helped me really connect my true purpose – to help people and teams realise their full potential.
That’s how I came to set up my Business – Helping Reach Potential, which is a strengths based people development practice specialising in professional coaching, training & team development.
Our programs are built around a model of high performance which looks to stretch people’s goals and aims to develop the skills knowledge that’s required to build confidence and long lasting motivation.
