I have over 20 years’ experience in the Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism sector, specialising in Food and Beverage Management in cities such as London and Dublin.
After working my way up in the industry and taking managerial roles in several five-star hotels, I decided to go into education, completing my Certificate in Post Compulsory Education and Training and teaching hospitality, catering and leadership among other subjects at Coleg Llandrillo Cymru in North Wales.
I have run Hyfforddiant PRAGMA Training since 2005, combining my experience in teaching and the Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism sector to deliver workshop, mentoring and training projects to clients from both the public and private sector.
