Unlike most review websites, the general public are not able to view the feedback as it is only for evaluation purposes of events and venues according to the tailored criteria selected. Incentives e.g. prize draws and competitions to win ticket vouchers, signed merchandise and hospitality ticket upgrades to encourage feedback.
