My first year in business was scary, I learnt to believe in myself and put in place systems and paper trails to every sector of my business.

I really enjoy having the ability to inspire others to achieve through my own business example, although there have been some difficulties such as human resources in which management was my weakness which I have now overcome and have many self employed people working for me. Looking back, I would have taken more business training to reduce the mistakes I made.
