Business in a nutshell: A corporate coaching business.

When I left school, I went straight into work, bouncing between jobs as a painter, decorator, roofer and more.

I then worked my way up through the ranks of a furniture manufacturing company, reaching a director role before I decided to go out on my own, and introduce a new brand of business mentoring.

Twelve years ago, I started my coaching career in Canada, progressing on to the US and then back to Europe, using only my own material and ideas. To this day I still coach in the US, Canada, the UK and Austria, and Accolade Academy coaching has formed the backbone of many famous entrepreneurs’ careers.
